LEAD 3971: Field Experience is the 3rd Core Course in the Leadership Minor, a unique leadership program at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities that draws on a pedagogical style called Intentional Emergence to provide transformative leadership education to more than 1000 students per year. As the Field Experience Level Lead and an Instructor with the Minor, I design curriculum and hire and train new instructors for the course. Field instructors connect students with local social change organizations to practice their leadership abilities in real-time and instruct them through this 15 week course.
